Terms of service.

Scope of work

Every project begins with a written scope shared over email or WhatsApp: pages, features, timeline and price. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it.

Payments

One-time projects are billed 50% at start and 50% before launch. Monthly services are billed in advance each month. All prices are in Indian Rupees and a GST invoice is issued for every payment.

Timelines

We commit to a seven-day build for standard websites once content and photos are received. Delays in feedback, content or third-party approvals extend the timeline by the same duration.

Your responsibilities

To deliver on time, we need a few things from you.

• Accurate business information, photos and content
• One point of contact for approvals
• Feedback within three working days of each review
• Access to your domain, hosting and analytics accounts where relevant

Ownership

On final payment, all design files, content and code produced for your project belong to you. Domains and hosting accounts stay registered in your name throughout.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, ad platforms and payment gateways are governed by their own terms. Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the platform.

Limitation of liability

We cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or sales, as these depend on factors outside our control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.

Ending an engagement

Monthly services can be stopped with two weeks' written notice. Work completed up to that point remains payable and we hand over all assets.
